Dr. Ruby Gill

Medical Director

Double Board-Certified in Family Medicine & Integrative Medicine Certified Menopause Society Practitioner | Fellowship-Trained Aesthetic Physician

Before “integrative” became a buzzword, I was already connecting the dots—between what’s happening inside the body and how it shows up on the outside. For over a decade, I’ve helped thousands of women and men take charge of their health and confidence by combining the best of conventional medicine with evidence-guided, lifestyle-based care.

I’m a physician, not just a provider. I’m trained to see the full picture.

With advanced certifications in menopause care, aesthetics, and integrative medicine, I approach each patient with a unique lens—grounded in science, layered with compassion, and focused on results.

What I Treat

  • Hormone imbalance (PCOS, PMDD, perimenopause, menopause, low testosterone)
  • Midlife transitions and preventive aging strategies
  • Chronic skin conditions like acne and rosacea
  • Aesthetic concerns tied to internal health

Through supervised lab testing, medication and HRT management, and a strong foundation in lifestyle medicine, I help my patients feel empowered and educated—not dismissed or rushed.

HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy), when appropriately prescribed and monitored, can be a powerful tool—not only for symptom relief but for supporting long-term health and quality of life.

A Smarter Approach to Skin, Hormones, Metabolism, and Whole Health

Unlike traditional dermatology or quick-fix aesthetic clinics, my integrative dermatologic approach considers hormonal, dietary, metabolic, and microbiome influences on your skin. That’s why many of my acne and rosacea patients experience longer-lasting outcomes—often without repeat antibiotics.

Beyond skin and hormones, I also address metabolic dysfunction, including insulin resistance, weight gain, and inflammation—common yet overlooked drivers of fatigue, aging, and chronic disease. My medically supervised weight loss programs include advanced lab testing, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and, when appropriate, prescription-based therapies such as GLP-1 agonists or metabolic support medications.

I don’t practice “alternative medicine.” I practice integrative, physician-led medicine—blending trusted conventional treatments with evidence-based wellness tools, while always keeping you at the center of the plan.

You deserve more than rushed visits and outdated protocols.
You deserve physician-led, preventive, personalized medicine.

Let’s work together to help you feel better, look better, and live stronger.
